Tools Needed:

1. Heikin Ashi Candles: These candles help smooth out price movements, making it easier to detect trends.
2. Simple Moving Average (SMA): We will use two SMAs:
   • SMA with a period of 12
   • SMA with a period of 3

How the Strategy Works:

The strategy revolves around identifying trend reversals by observing the interaction between the Heikin Ashi candles and the SMAs.

1. Trend Detection: The quicker the market moves up and down, the easier it is to spot trends. This method is particularly effective for short-term trades, such as 5-second options.
2. Entry Points:
   • When the Heikin Ashi candle crosses above the SMA (the purple line), it indicates a potential upward trend. This is your cue to trade up.
   • Conversely, when the candle crosses below the SMA, it suggests a downward trend, signaling you to trade down.
