Quickler Is the Least Forgiving Place to Test Anything

The 3 EMA and Candlestick Setup
The logic is simple. Three exponential moving averages describe the state of the short-term trend through how they sit relative to one another, and the candles tell you when that state is being challenged. Neither half is a signal alone: the EMAs lag by design, and candlestick patterns fire constantly on a 5 second chart.
- EMA separation: when the three EMAs are fanned wide apart and sloping the same way, the short-term move is stretched and a reversal becomes more plausible. That is context, not an entry.
- EMA convergence: when they close in on each other or cross, the current direction is losing conviction. Read which way the cross resolves rather than reacting to the cross itself.
